The customer agrees to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of placing the order.

Ordering
Ordering from the online store is easy by adding products to the cart by pressing the "Add to cart" button. From the cart, you can track and change the quantity of products you wish to order. When you have finished shopping and want to pay, select the "Continue to checkout" button, where you can enter your details and choose a delivery and payment method.
Delivery Area
Candycaesar.com currently delivers orders to addresses within Denmark and the Netherlands.
Delivery Time
Your order will be handled within 1-7 business days after payment is received. Notice that this is in addition to the shipment time. If the delivery time is significantly longer, we will inform the customer without delay by email or phone. The customer has the right to cancel the order if it is significantly delayed.
Order Confirmation
After placing the order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation in your email. Check that the order confirmation is correct. After this, it is no longer possible to change the order. If you wish to make any changes, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Delivery Methods
The online store strives to offer several alternative delivery methods for the customer to choose from.

Candycaesar.com also reserves the right to change the delivery method chosen by the customer if necessary for technical or shipment-specific reasons.
Shipping Costs

After your order is packed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email that also includes a tracking link to follow your shipment.
Pricing Information
Product prices displayed in the webshop include the applicable VAT in the buyer's country of residence. Product prices do not include shipping costs. Payment is made in Euro currency. We reserve the right to change the price of products and shipping costs.
Inventory Status
In general the products for sale are immediately available from our own warehouse.
However, in some exceptional cases, the product may have run out after placing the order.
We strive to compensate for minor deficiencies in the order content automatically with a similar product of equal value. Otherwise, our customer service will contact the customer to resolve the issue.
Order Packaging Material
We recycle boxes we receive to keep operations eco-friendly. Thus, the packaging materials we use may contain logos, images, texts, etc., of different companies/products than what is included in the order.
Order Rejection
Candycaesar.com reserves the right to reject the order if necessary. In such a case, the payment will be refunded to the customer within 30 days.
Force Majeure
Candycaesar.com is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect harm caused by incorrect product condition or delayed delivery.
Intellectual Property Rights
All image and text materials (product images, texts, videos, logos, catalogs) presented on the Candycaesar.com online service are the property of Urjalan Makeistukku Oy. Unauthorized use or copying of image and text material is prohibited.

Payments
Products and their shipping costs are paid for at the time of order.

Paytrail Oyj is a collecting payment service provider and an authorized Payment Institution working in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. Returns, Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period ends.
You can submit the notice of withdrawal via email to our customer service.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you cancel your order, we will refund the payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs due to selecting a delivery method other than the most affordable standard delivery method we offer, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from receiving the notice of withdrawal. We will make the refund using the same payment method as used for the original transaction.
Returned Products
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
If the product is packaged in such a way that opening the package causes a hygiene or health risk (such as some food products), we do not accept returns if the packaging has been opened.
